Go Kenki

Go Kenki (Wu Xianghui), a tea merchant and White Crane Kung Fu master. He lived in Okinawa from around 1912 until his death in 1940.
Go Kenki’s impact on the early 20th-century Karate world seems to have been quite extensive, still, his history and background are somewhat unclear. He trained with just about all the most well-known Karate practitioners of his day, among them were Chojun Miyagi, Chomo Hanashiro, Motobu Choki, and Mabuni Kenwa.
Go Kenki did not develop any specific style himself, however, his techniques and Kata are seen in some Karate styles to this day, especially in Shito-Ryu.
